How Do I Use It?

Sweet Dreams: Aromatic - Diffuse 2-3 drops per 100 mL of water. Topical - Dilute to 2-4% in a carrier.

Sweet Slumber: Aromatic - Diffuse 2-3 drops per 100 mL of water. Topical - Dilute to 2-3% in a carrier.

Nighty Night: Aromatic - Diffuse 2-3 drops per 100 mL of water. Topical - Dilute to 2-4% in a carrier.
