Add 5-10 drops of Study Time to a personal aromatherapy inhaler or mix a 2-4% dilution with your favorite carrier oil and apply topically to your child’s chest, back of neck and/or wrist to help your child stay on task at school and focus on what is in front of them.
Apply Nighty Night topically to your child’s chest or back of their neck about 30 minutes before bedtime to help create a more relaxed and calming atmosphere so that your child can relax before bedtime and promote a good night’s rest.
